It’s the very place where he created “War and Peace”, “Anna Karenina” and “Resurrection”. And if you come to Tula it’s the best time to visit this estate. We offer you to join our private day tour to Yasnaya Polyana. During the tour you will visit the house where the outstanding writer lived with his huge family. You will walk along the paths and roads, you’ll see ponds and apple gardens, and stand in silence in front of his grave. Our guide will tell you a lot of interesting stories from his and his family life and will guide you to the most beautiful corners of this museum.

The second part of the tour is devoted to the Railways in Leo Tolstoy’s life. About the way he travelled and connected to other outstanding people of that period. You will have a unique possibility to visit the station “Kozlova Zaseka” where all décor from 1910 remains and to know the way it worked like in that period.

Lunch in a café where all the food is made by recipes of Tolstoy’s family. (Not included in a price)

And the final point is a family cemetery of Tolstoy’s family. Where most of relatives were buried.
